چکیده
Anxiety is a common disease in the modern society which significantly affects people’s daily lives and function, thus it has become an increasingly highlighted issue. regulated by neural circuits brain. Therefore, basal mechanism of anxiety been studied, especially research based on related circuits. For long time, due to limitations science technology, there was no breakthrough regarding anxiety. However, recent years, progress made great progress. example, interaction among various brain regions, such as central nucleus amygdala (CeA), ventral tegmental area (VTA), hippocampus (vHPC), so on. This article focuses three regions: including BLA, BNST, VTA, illustrate their different roles mechanisms regulating On this basis, intensive study will further promote provide therapeutic targets for treatment.

Research Progress on Aging Mechanisms
Aging refers to a gradual process of functional and organic recession with the age increased after the organism maturing. Many researchers have tried to elucidate aging mechanism which includes the free radical theory: free radicals can become lipofuscin and cause the mutations of mitochondrial DNA (mtDNA), and the damage of the nuclear DNA. From the view of heredity, aging is the results of th...
متن کاملConsequences of Post-Weaning Social Isolation on Anxiety Behavior and Related Neural Circuits in Rodents
Exposure to adverse experiences in early-life is implicated in the later vulnerability to development of psychiatric disorders, including anxiety and affective disorders in humans. Adverse early-life experiences likely impart their long-term consequences on mental health by disrupting the normal development of neural systems involved in stress responses, emotional behavior and emotional states....
متن کاملDiscussion on the Spike Train Recognition Mechanisms in Neural Circuits
The functions of neural system, such as learning, recognition and memory, are the emergences from the elementary dynamic mechanisms. To discuss how the dynamic mechanisms in the neurons and synapses work in the function of recognition, a dynamic neural circuit is designed. In the neural circuit, the information is expressed as the inter-spike intervals of the spike trains. The neural circuit wi...
